All prices are quoted and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified.
Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods.
Online payment will be provided in a secure environment. Frank Coffey Shoes retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and the funds have been cleared.
Delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Upon purchase we will provide you with a delivery cost quotation. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent, as soon as possible when the products is back in stock.
The customer must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and are deemed to have accepted the goods unless the customer notifies Frank Coffey Shoes and states that the goods are rejected within 7 days after their receipt. (This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, Frank Coffey Shoes will consider the products as being of satisfactory quality to the customer and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any rejections at a later date. The customer must send all returns within 7 days of receipt to: Frank Coffey Shoes, 21 High Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry. Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase and delivery costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Frank Coffey Shoes before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items you are advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
